Getting Started
What does DQI Technology Lab do?
We design, build, and launch software end to end: Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows apps, web applications, websites, and TV apps. One team takes your product from the first sketch through development to launch, including publishing to the App Store and Google Play.
Where are you based?
We are based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Most collaboration happens online through calls, shared designs, and regular demos, so we can work with you wherever you are.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Book a time on our contact page and we will get back to you within 24 hours. The consultation covers your idea, the right platforms, and a rough path to launch.
Cost & Timelines
How much does an app cost?
It depends on the platforms, features, and integrations you need. After the free consultation we give you a clear scope, timeline, and cost estimate before any work begins.
How long does it take to build an app?
Most mobile apps take 3–6 months and web apps 2–4 months, depending on complexity. Smaller MVPs can be faster; we will give you a realistic timeline for your project upfront.
Process & Technology
Do you build for both iOS and Android?
Yes. We build native iOS apps in Swift, native Android apps in Kotlin, and cross-platform apps in Flutter when one codebase for both platforms is the better fit.
Should I choose native or cross-platform?
Native apps give the best performance and the deepest access to each platform. Cross-platform Flutter apps share one codebase across iOS and Android, which usually lowers cost and speeds up delivery. We recommend an approach based on your features, budget, and timeline.
What is your development approach?
We work in an Agile way: short cycles, regular demos, and continuous feedback, so you see progress throughout the project rather than only at the end.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. We can work alongside your in-house designers or developers, or take ownership of a specific part of the product.
Publishing & Ownership
Will you publish the app to the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. Publishing is part of our end-to-end service: store listings, screenshots, privacy details, review submission, and fixing anything Apple or Google flag before approval.
Do you prepare the privacy policy and support pages?
Yes. Both stores require them, so we write a privacy policy and support page that match what your app actually does, with Indian data protection law in mind.
Who owns the code and the app?
You do. The source code, designs, and store listings belong to you, and apps are published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts.
After Launch
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. We provide maintenance and long-term support, including updates for new iOS and Android versions, store policy changes, and new features.
